Tabootie - The Boss (Sandusky)
Tabootie roams the halls of our clinic.  She lets us know when its time to feed her and when to pet her.  She enjoys greeting "two legged animals", as well as friendly dogs...other cats, not so much.  If the exam room door is left open, she has been known to enter and offer up her diagnosis.  Her favorite job appears to be inspecting the contents of an opened cabinet.  When not on the job, she can usually be found lounging in her favorite sink.

Wilson - The Comic Relief (Milan)
Wilson roams the halls and ensures everyone is having a nice day.  He also likes to keep the office chairs warm when the staff is busy providing care.

Alaina - Office Manager
Alaina graduated from Ohio Business College with an Associates in Medical Office Management.  She has currently has one cat, Stewie.  In her free time she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her friends and family.

Dawn RVT
Dawn graduated from Stautzenberger College in January 2010 with a degree in Animal Science, passing her national veterinary technicians board exam soon thereafter.  She started working as an assistant in 2007. She is also a member of both the state and national associations of veterinary technicians. She shares her home with a big family of 6 dogs and 2 cats.

Gwen attended BGSU.  She has 3 dogs, 4 cats, 4 horses, 2 goats, and a duck.  In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, and competing in horse shows.  She is also an active 4-H advisor.

Jody lives in the country along with her husband and two children.  When not at work, she can be found at her children's sporting events or on the road riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle along side her husband.

Kelley RVT
Kelley is a technician at our Sandusky clinic.  She graduated from Stautzenberger College in 2000.  She is a member of the Ohio Association of Veterinary Technicians.  She lives with her husband, 3 dogs, and a number of feline friends.  Kelley is also a registered phlebotomist (meaning she is very good at drawing your pet's blood) and volunteers her time at special events drawing blood from people.  When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, riding their Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Kim has been a registered technician since 1986.  She relocated to Sandusky in 2012 after working as a veterinary surgical technician for many years at The Ohio State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital.  She has raised two children, but now spends the majority of her free time raising Labrador Retrievers and competing in dog shows.

Melissa L. RVT
Melissa has worked at the Milan clinic since 2004!  She previously resided in Columbus and obtained a B.A. from OSU and later an A.A.S. in Veterinary Technology from Columbus State Community College.  She maintains her enthusiasm by keeping up with current research and protocols and attending the annual Mid-West Veterinary Conference.  Melissa and her husband are "empty nesters" whose home is now filled with a herd of 6 cats and their companion dog, Hambone.  Exploring parks and nature preserves and experimenting with new recipes are some favorite pastimes.

Melissa M.
Melissa is a receptionist at both our Milan and Sandusky clinics.  She is originally from the great state of Michigan - but most of our clients don't seem to hold that against her! Melissa grew up on a small farm and has always enjoyed animals, raising a number of pets and livestock.  She was involved in 4-H for many years, and fair week was always a favorite! Melissa and her husband love being parents to an amazing daughter, and the whole family enjoys their sweet grey cat.

Melissa Z. RVT
Melissa has been a registered veterinary technician since 1990 when she graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Fairmont State College in West Virginia.  She enjoys furthering her knowledge as a technician through attending continuing education seminars and courses.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and two cats...and cheering for the Green Bay Packers.

Sally was registered as a technician in 1976, she'd rather you not do the math!  She lives with her husband and two sons. Two older children have provided the great joy of two granddaughters. Her home also includes two dogs, two cats, a parrot, rabbits, and chickens. She enjoys the outdoors, needlework, reading, and time with family and friends.

Trish is an assistant with an Associates in Applied Sciences.  She lives on her farm with her 2 dogs, 3 cats, 5 horses, 4 donkeys, a cow and a chicken.  She enjoys horseback riding (when she has the time) and spending time with her family.
